Order arrived quick. Packaged fine. When I asked a question about storing vials I got a quick response unlike last company. Previous supplier we used 10mg vials with great results. Unfortunately that company only went up to 15mg vials. After searching forever I found this company that offered 20mg vials at a decent price. We upped our dose. I expected increased side effects but glad there was not any. Appetite was low still so I assumed all good. Now into our 2nd dose and both of us are not feeling the appetite suppression like before. The first week suppression may have been prior companies peptide still in our system. Hope not though because we ordered 5 vials from this one. I have not contacted company as I assume if there was a bad batch they would reach out to let us know and I have not seen other reviews regarding the peptide we are using with same results. Will update if anything changes with the next vial. Perhaps that dose will have better outcome.

I was honestly a bit hesitant about buying peptides online because it can feel sketchy. There are always people promoting different sources, but you never really know if the quality is good, especially when the prices are much more reasonable compared to the $100–$200 vials you see elsewhere. That said, I’ve already placed two orders with Instant Peptides. At first I thought it might be a scam because I didn’t feel the reta working right away. After doing some research, I learned it can take about a month to really feel and see results, and honestly I was also being too conservative with my dosage. When ordering multiple vials, I believe, they should be wrapped individually or a buffer layer placed around each vial. Shipping services are known for being not kind to packages. Well I was researching Peptides and companies that are trust worthy when I came across instant peptides as one of the most trusted. I went to their website and they have competitive prices which Is not typical for the companies that have so much positive feedback. Then I noticed they had a discount for payment through Zelle, something that generally people warn against but I tried the process anyhow with a low value item. It was odd at first I checked out and the recipe said well send the money to this Zelle account and well ship it. I sent in and immediately I got a confirmation on email as received, I swear within an hour I had a tracking number! That was impressive, I'm the type to overnight everything I buy online and they have only a 2 day option in instant peptides; but in other companies you pay for overnight they pay the postage but they don't deliver the item to the office post until like a day later. So same result and free. Another plus is that around that time there were snow storms but because they are in South Florida there were no hold ups! Anyways, little by little they have won me over with their quality and professionalism. There was even this one time where I was putting in an order and I was getting ready for work and I send like 5 dollars less by mistake, so I texted in WhatsApp them about it that I would send the rest once I got settled at work and before I had even got to work they had shipped it! I think they have a future because thats the type of behavior that gets you places in this world. I sent them 6 dollars but they definitely would have deserved a tip as that act of kindness made my day. Unfortunately, FedEx is currently experiencing significant delays due to an extreme winter weather event impacting the Memphis hub and the surrounding transit network. There are large volumes of containers and trailers temporarily backed up at distribution centers, which has caused delays across many shipments nationwide. This delay is affecting hundreds of shipments from our company alone and is part of a widespread FedEx backlog related to the weather event, not an issue isolated to Instant Peptides. In some cases during these disruptions, FedEx tracking may show limited or no updates before a package is delivered, as scans can be missed while they work through the backlog. We did attempt to reach out via phone and text to provide an update, but were unable to connect. Once the backlog clears, packages typically resume normal transit and deliver without further issue in the 2-Day window FedEx guarantees outside of extreme weather events such as this. Package of bubble envelope peptides delivered in a hot state without any ice packs. Black box was deeply dented / cracked at one end. Peptide cakes were busted. Contacted the phone number through Whatsapp and the response was completely unprofessional. Answered like a bothered neighbor, not a business. Did not care about any of the concerns or the fact extra was charged for safe delivery, which it was not safely delivered. When I said the communication was terribly unprofessional, the response basically said they should have just waited over the weekend to get back into the office to be professional in their communication. Person admitted they were late to pick up their daughter. Kept trying to defend themselves instead of offering professional customer service. Decided to switch providers and so far instant supplies was the quickest shipping I’ve ever had which was amazing , I gave it a 4 because I wanna make sure it’s effective so I’ll be back in a couple weeks to update Update it’s been 3 weeks and so far I haven’t felt anything , I was in 1 mg on my last provider and now I’m at 5 mg with instant but it’s not as effective as my last provider at 1mg! Edit 11/11/25: Increased review to 3 stars. I spoke with customer service. They are sending me some from a new and different batch. Great service and very responsive. I will try the new batch and increase my review if the shoe fits. Original Review: During my research I have found that the Retatrutide is either a complete waste or massively under dosed compared to competitors. I have been researching 5mg weekly from a competitors company and it has been working great. For the past three weeks of research on your Retatrutide I have upped the dose twice to 7.5mg and then 10mg with no effect on appetite suppression or side effects for that matter.

I have been on 2mg weekly of Retatrutide for 6 months now. My old vendor had availability issues and was more expensive. Swapping to instant peptides seemed like a win win.
